Everyday we receive countless questions asking “does ClickFunnels integrate with [insert tool or software name here]?”

It can be frustrating getting your “marketing stack” to play nice when all you want to do is focus on building a high converting sales funnel that will bring you an ROI.

That’s why we’re very proud to announce the official integration with Zapier across the entire ClickFunnels platform!

What Is Zapier?

Zapier is the “in between” tool that works to connect your digital tools and make them play nice with each other. Zapier integrates with over 500 other web applications (a monumental amount!). Zapier is ideal for connecting your web applications and automating your workflows so you can focus on the important work (and remove the manual “fluff” in your business).

I’m sure you’ve experienced working with a handful of amazing tools, only to realize that you can’t integrate them with anything! Well Zapier made sure this problem was handled and have brought together a great solution.

Why ClickFunnels Integrates With Zapier

ClickFunnels has now officially integrated with Zapier to give you complete flexibility with your sales funnel. What this means is it has opened up the floodgates to a wealth of integrations which ClickFunnels has not integrated with yet so you can begin building a sales funnel without any hassles.

So, while we don’t officially integrate directly with platforms like Shopify or Trello you now have access to them through the Zapier platform.

So What Types Of Zaps Can You Create?

So when it comes to building out a sales funnel ClickFunnels, you’ve got the ability to build any type of funnel you heart desires. But just to show you the power of our new integration, here’s three different ways you can use Zapier and ClickFunnels to create some magic in your business!

1. Supporting Your Sales Team With Leads and Effective Follow Up

Let’s say you’re building a high ticket funnel (you’re looking to sell people into a high priced program) which requires you to get on the phone with your lead. Initially you may find yourself driving a traffic source such as Facebook Ads to your Optin page built in ClickFunnels, which then stores your contact’s information. Once this is done, your integration with Zapier can then send your lead’s information to SalesForce (one of many CRMs supported by Zapier) where your sales team will be notified of the new contact being added to their workflow.

On the thank you page of the opt in page, you’ll also be able to ask for the lead’s mobile number, once this is done, you can use Zapier to zap CallLoop to send that contact a recorded message thanking them for applying to your 1 on 1 consultation or strategy session. This creates some great rapport with your potential customer ahead of getting on the call.

You can even send them an SMS and Email follow up ahead of your consultation time so they’re reminded about the call as well as building excitement. All these steps increase engagement with your potential customer and lead to high conversions in your sales funnel.

2. Sending Orders To Your Fulfilment House and Email Notification

If you’re a seller of physical products, you’ll be very familiar with the common issue of having to manually send customer’s purchase data from ClickFunnels to your fulfilment house. Typically you’d have to go in yourself or give access to your account so they can go in there and do it for you (not exactly ideal!). Now with our Zapier integration, you can zap your data across into a Google Sheet so it creates a new row for every  purchase made which you can share with your fulfilment warehouse.

This means you no longer need to worry about giving them access to any part of your ClickFunnels operations or look at hiring an assistant to manage the process. Taking this one step further, you can then create the logic so when your fulfilment house has sent the orders as requested, you automatically receive an email notification based on the activities which have taken place in the Google Sheet.

This is a very simple and streamlined way to handle operations of your physical products.

3. Building Out Funnels For Your Shopify Products

Do you run a shopify store? Perhaps you’ve wished ClickFunnels had an integration with it? Well with Zapier, now we do! One of the most powerful ways to sell your products from an eCommerce store is using sales funnels (but you already know that) however until now it’s been very difficult to sell products from your eCommerce store and link it with Shopify.

Now, you can set up an entire sales funnel in ClickFunnels from one (or more) of your products, then when that product has been purchased, you can create a new customer in Shopify to reflect that purchase.

This is a very first in the industry and now that a bridge has been created between eCommerce and sales funnels directly, it opens up the doors to some great innovations.
